Lucinda Soares is a speech therapist specializing in the treatment of adult neurogenic communication disorders and dysphagia at UConn Health. Lucinda is also a clinical faculty member in the Speech and Hearing Sciences Department at the University of Connecticut, providing hands on education to graduate students in the speech pathology program. Her main area of expertise is dysphagia, with a special clinical interest in the use of FEES and MBS to diagnosis and manage swallowing disorders.
